If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “complete Orders’’ link under the MY ACCOUNT menu and click the return item(s) button. We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the return item.
Please choose your items carefully. GCTM 4×4 Parts do not normally give refunds if you simply make the wrong decision or change your mind. We will issue a refund or arrange a replacement ONLY where goods are faulty or goods are damaged in transit. We will ask you to return the faulty or damaged goods within 30 days of delivery before issuing a replacement product or refund. Where we determine that it’s not a reasonable expense to post the items back to us, then we will ask for photographic evidence (particularly in relation to damaged freight) and we will arrange a replacement. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your items to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
